Abstract

The article offers information on the development in the juvenile confession suppression law and also examines the doctrine used by the U.S. court to deal with the court case J.D.B. v. North Carolina. It discusses the aspects of juvenile rights in criminal and delinquency proceedings. It further discusses the legislative facts in the J.D.B. decision and also presents information on the changes demanded by J.D.B. in the dealing criteria of criminal and juvenile justice systems.
