Abstract

The article presents a transcript of an off-the-record conversation related to decline of labor unions in private companies among three strategists of the labor movement. According to first strategist, even if one could get a Canadian-style salary package, the labor law reform cannot reverse decline of labor unions in private companies. According to second strategist, labor is never going to make it easy-to-use for employers.
