Abstract
The article discusses the way in which federal prosecutors help establish U.S. criminal justice policy, with focus given to the impact of prosecutorial bias on the operations of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). More specifically, the author examines federal prosecutors' ability to influence criminal justice policy pertaining to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, clemency, and forensics.
