Abstract
The article discusses the concept of states of continuity as a state of exception to examine the topics of law, race, and politics in the age of Trumpism. Topics include how U.S. President Donald Trump is advancing a set of constitutional and political frameworks that depart from the normal, the concept of Giorgio Agamben on the state of exception, and the possible worsening of constitutionalized racial inequality under Trumpism.
